There are many factors that make people wake up feeling tired, but few that make them wake up feeling healthy.
The most common factor is a lack of sleep, the best sleep I have ever had is 8 hours of sleep a night. People usually wake up tired because they were tired before they went to bed, or they were tired for a prolonged period of time and then went to sleep. When it comes to sleep problems and insomnia, people are more likely to have sleep problems when they don't sleep at the right times, but the only way to get rid of insomnia and sleep problems is to get more sleep. A recent study by Dr. Graziano da Silva in Brazil found that sleep patterns in children between the ages of 3-9 years, could change significantly when parents are allowed to sleep in with the children, and the sleep patterns of the children were altered and the symptoms of the children with sleep disorders decreased. In a study published in the May 2012 edition of The New England Journal of Medicine, a team of scientists, including two University of California, San Francisco doctors, discovered that children with chronic sleep disorders, had a higher risk of becoming overweight or obese in adulthood than children who had slept well during their childhood.
