Some are natural, some are not. I will try to answer all your questions regarding the various products against varicose vains.
Varicose veins (vaso-vain) can occur because of an injury to a nerve (the jugular) or a small blood vessel (the carotid). These injuries can develop because of a broken bone, broken blood vessel or a cut. Many of these injuries can lead to pain in the affected side, which may be intense enough to be uncomfortable. Sometimes, a small artery (the carotid) can break or become blocked in the area where the injury occurs. As a result of these injuries, blood flow becomes poor and the blood vessels may become compressed. The body responds by forming new veins. The new veins take up more space and are harder to control. Over time, the new veins can become enlarged and cause pain.
Vascular diseases are the main cause of varicose veins. The most common condition is atherosclerosis, which is the narrowing of the arteries in the face of a heart attack or stroke. Other diseases that may cause varicose veins include diabetes, cancer, chronic kidney disease, or a heart condition known as aortic stenosis.
